RusHydro has acquired bonds of 09 series

October 30, 2017. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has acquired bonds of 09 series  (state registration number 4-09-55038-E of December 27, 2012).

27.10.2017 the Issuer has acquired securities - non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds of 09 series subject to a mandatory centralized custody by PJSC RusHydro (state registration number of the issue 4-09-55038-E of 27.12.2012, isin - RU000A0JVD25) (hereinafter referred to as the Bonds) in the amount of 9 233 313 bonds to the tune of RUB 9 239 116 943,03 and an accrued coupon income totalling RUB 5 724 654,06 has been paid.

Bonds acquisition has been carried out in accordance with Decision on securities issue) by the Board of Directors of PJSC RusHydro of October 30, 2012 (Minutes No. 164 of October 30, 2012).

In April 2015, RusHydro placed its non-convertible interest-bearing bonds of series 09 in the amount of RUB 10 bn. The bonds were included in Level 1 list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
