Payment of annual dividends and revised general dividend payment procedure

Further to the current report issued on 2 May 2023 on the payment of annual dividends, Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.
