A summary of the votes isset out below:- Resolution Total Votes % Votes % Votes For Against Withheld 1 To approve the Company's 26,248,815 99.92 19,949 0.08 1,986 remuneration policy, in the form approved by the Company's Board of Directors following the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee and as presented to the Meeting. 2 To approve the terms of the 21,709,189 99.89 22,943 0.11 14,442,633 Management Agreement, the Schneorson Agreement and the Merdler Agreement (subject to the passing of Resolution 3). 3 To approve the participation 21,710,639 99.90 22,530 0.10 14,442,796 of BGI in the Management Agreement in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules. The Company's issued share capital as at 8 September 2014 (excluding treasuryshares) was 109,990,252 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each.
