("CPE" or the "Company")
RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
The Directors of CPE are pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company held today, all of the resolutions were duly passed.
Following the passing of the resolutions, the Company's registered agent in the British Virgin Islands is applying to effect the Name Change and to register the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of the Company, which, inter alia, reflects the increase in the share capital of the Company, with the Registrar of Companies in the British Virgin Islands. Such registration is necessary in order for the resolutions concerning these matters to take effect and is expected to be completed within the next two to three working days.
A further announcement will be made once registration is complete and the timing of Admission is fixed.
Terms defined in the announcement issued on 30 January 2014 have the same meaning in this announcement.
