Result of General Meeting and Placing to Raise £10 million
The Board of ITM Power (AIM:ITM.L) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions in connection with the placing of 33,333,333 new ordinary shares at a price of 30p, announced on 31 January 2014 and raising gross funds of £10 million for the Company, were duly passed.
Application has been made for the placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and this is expected to occur on 24 February 2014.
