 Change of Name and Website address

RIGHTSTER, the global digital video network, announces that all resolutions proposed, including the resolution to change the Company's name, were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name, Brave Bison Group plc, will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 11 May 2016, with the new TIDM "BBSN". The ISIN and SEDOL number will remain unchanged.

The Company's website, containing the information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, will change to www.bravebison.io.
