Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Issue of Options
Redstone plc (AIM:RED.L), the integrated ICT and Communications Solutions provider, announces that at the Company's AGM held today all resolutions presented to shareholders were duly passed.
Furthermore, the Company announces that it has today issued options, which were granted by the Remuneration Committee on 9 September 2010, to the following directors, pursuant to the Redstone plc Approved Incentive Option Scheme 2008 and the Redstone plc Unapproved Incentive Option Scheme 2008:

| Tony Weaver, Chief Executive Officer | 67,719,551 |
These options are exercisable between 9 March 2011 and 9 September 2013 or on the achievement of certain performance conditions at a price of 0.5 pence per share, being the price of the recent placing of ordinary shares in the Company approved by shareholders on 8 September 2010.
