Result of Annual General Meeting
SEC, the largest independent advocacy, public relations and integrated communications agency in the Italian market, with operations also in Brussels, Colombia, France, Germany, Poland, UK and Spain announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held today, all the resolutions were passed.
In accordance with the by-laws of the Company, all the directors standing for election were re-elected. Cesare Valli was not asked to stand for re-election.
