Results of AGM
Camco International Limited announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today all the resolutions put to shareholders at the meeting were duly passed.
Special Resolutions 4 and 6 were withdrawn by the Company prior to the meeting. Both resolutions dealt with changes to the articles of association.
