Results of Tender Offer

The Circular (published on 13 January 2015) noted that the Company would announce, by 8.00 a.m. on 5 February 2015, the Tender Entitlement of each shareholder accepting the Tender Offer, and the value of the Tender Price per share that shareholders will receive.

Due to administrative issues beyond the Company's control, a short delay is now expected of up to 48 hours before the Tender Entitlement and the Tender Price will be available. This delay will also affect the date on which both a) the cheques and balance certificates are dispatched for certified Ordinary Shares, and b) payment and revised holdings credited through CREST for uncertified Ordinary Shares, purchased pursuant to the Tender Offer.

Accordingly, it is anticipated that the Tender Entitlement and Tender Price will be confirmed on 6 February 2015 and that the formal close of the Tender Offer and confirmation of the anticipated date for payment will be put back until this date..
