Adalta Real regrets to announce the death of Gordon Arbib on Friday 9th April 2010 following a long illness.

Gordon was Senior Non Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee since his appointment to the Board on 24th January 2002 and was also a significant shareholder and share option holder from that date.

The Company will miss the valuable benefits of his wide global business experience as Chief Executive Officer of Kelsey Industries Plc and its major subsidiary Multicore Solders Limited as well as the substance and regularity of his expert advice.

Kevin Gilmore, Chairman commented:

"We are saddened by the loss of a stalwart and active member of the Board, who always gave generously of his time beyond just attendance at every Board Meeting. Gordon was indeed a true gentleman and who personified integrity".
