PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

GPG announces that on 31 December 2012 it purchased for cancellation 5,442,129 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. 

The highest price paid was 30.50 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 30.25 pence per ordinary share.
