Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Further to the publication of the Company's consolidated annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2014 and the publication of the Company's interim management statement as at 30 June 2014, the Company is pleased to announce the publication of a Supplementary Prospectus.
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Supplementary Prospectus will also be available shortly on the Company's website at www.srei.co.uk.
