MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 28 May 2010 - Further to the announcement today by PuriCore plc (LSE: PURI) ("PuriCore" or the "Company") of its proposal to raise £7 million (net of expenses) by way of an issue of secured Convertible Loan Notes (the "Fundraising"), PuriCore announces that a circular in relation to the Fundraising has been published and will be posted to shareholders later today (the "Circular").
The Circular is now available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, at the registered office of the Company, 26-28 Mount Row, London W1K 3SQ and at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4DD, during normal business hours on any weekdays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
