Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Bagir (AIM: BAGR), the designer, creator and supplier of innovative formalwear tailoring, announces that its Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 has today been published on the Company's website and may be viewed at www.bagir.com.
The Company will hold its first AGM on 2 June 2015 at 9:30am at the Company's UK offices (Dean House Studios, 27 Greenwood Place, Kentish Town, London NW5 1LB), when, among other things, the Annual Report and Accounts for 2014 will be put before shareholders. The notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders alongside the Annual Report in due course.
