Posting of Circular

DeepMatter Group Plc  (AIM: DMTR), the international digital chemistry data company, announces that further to the announcement made on 24 December 2021 concerning the " Placing, Subscription and Open Offer", a Circular containing further details of the Placing, Subscription and Open Offer and convening the General Meeting, together with an Open Offer Application Form for Qualifying non-CREST Shareholders and Form of Proxy will be posted to Qualifying Shareholders later today.

The General Meeting will be held at 29 St Brandon's House, Great George Street, Bristol, England, BS1 5QT, at 11.00 a.m. on 20 January 2022.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at deepmatter.io/investors

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of up to up to 2,887,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. On the assumption that, inter alia, the Fundraising Resolutions are passed, it is expected that Admission will occur and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 21 January 2022.
