Posting of Annual Report & Accounts
Nature Group PLC (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, confirms that it has posted its Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2016 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice").
The Annual Report and the Notice are available on, and can be downloaded from, Nature's website: www.ngrp.com. Printed copies of the Annual Report can also be requested.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES at 10.30 am BST on Tuesday 27 June 2017.
