Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Iofina announces that the annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2008, together with a Notice of AGM, have been posted to shareholders today.
Copies of the report and accounts and the Notice of AGM are available from the Company's registered office at 82 St. John Street, London EC1M 4JN and on the Company's website: www.iofina.com.
The AGM will be held at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB on Tuesday, 23 June 2008 at 10.00 am.
