PDMR Dealings

The Company was notified on 23 September 2015 that on the same date, Mike Hilton, a Director of PMM Partners (UK) Limited, the Company's Property Advisor, acquired 25,788 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 149.28p per share.

Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr. Hilton and his immediate family in the Company is equal to 1,438,959 shares, representing 2.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
