The Company also received notification on 20 September 2005 that FMR Corp andits direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and itsdirect and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, areinterested in 32,901,129 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each representing 12.97% ofthe Company's issued share capital.
