Entertainment One Ltd26 July 2007 Entertainment One Ltd Redemption of exchangeable debenture and Issue of New Ordinary Shares Entertainment One Ltd ("the Company"), announces that it has issued a notice ofredemption to the holders of an exchangeable debenture in its Canadiansubsidiary, 4384768 Canada Inc. Following the issuance of new ordinary shares inrelation to the acquisition of Contender Entertainment Group the directors havedecided that it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders toredeem the debenture at this stage in the company's development and theredemption takes place in line with terms set out in Part III, paragraph 5 ofthe Company's Admission Document (page 41). The redemption will be satisfied infull by the issue of 11,848,000 new ordinary shares in Entertainment One Ltd(the "New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will all rank pari passu inall respects with the existing ordinary shares. Admission of the New OrdinaryShares is expected to take place on 31 July 2007. The total number of ordinaryshares in issue following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares will be 127,030,397.
