Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, advises that further to the announcement of 14 June 2010, the Company will now announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on 29 September 2010.

Northbridge Industrial Services Plc was incorporated for the purpose of acquiring companies that hire and sell specialist industrial equipment supplying a non-cyclical customer base including utility companies, the public sector and the oil and gas industries. In particular it will seek to acquire specialist businesses that have the potential for expansion into complete outsourcing providers.
