SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM Live Shareholder Webcast
The Company announces that it intends to release its results for the year ended 31 March 2012 on 11 June 2012 and will post its Annual Report and Accounts for that year, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting, to shareholders on 12 June 2012.
Following the release of its results, SRT will host a live shareholder webcast at 9:00 a.m. (BST) on Monday 11 June 2012 open to existing and prospective private and institutional investors. Simon Tucker, SRT's CEO, will provide responses to questions through a live video webcast which can be accessed by an interested party worldwide by visiting the website listed below.
The format of the live webcast will be as follows:
* Investors are invited to email questions prior to the event to investor@softwarerad.com. These questions will help form the presentation given by Simon Tucker on the webcast. Questions must be submitted before 8.45am on Monday 11 June 2012. * Investors will need to go to www.softwarerad.com/investorwebcast, click the button then login using a nickname and their email address.
