The Company announces the Annual General Meeting is to be held at Paragon Creative, Unit 8, Harrier Court, Elvington, York, YO41 4EA on Friday 11th December 2015 at 12:30 p.m. and that Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders.

The Notice will also be available on the Company's website at www.paragonent.com.
