These Resolutions were as follows: Resolution 11 (now withdrawn): That the name of the Company be changed to Aberdeen Growth and Income VCT PLC Resolution 12 (further Resolution): That the name of the Company be changed to Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC All other business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting remains asstated in the Notice of Meeting issued on 25 May 2007.
