Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Tax Systems, a leading supplier of corporation tax software and services, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 is today being posted to shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF at 11:00 a.m. on 20 June 2018. A notice of this meeting has also being posted to shareholders and copies of this and the Annual Report are available on the Company's website (www.taxsystems.com).
