Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report

Churchill China plc (the "Company"), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic tableware and household products to hospitality and retail markets, is pleased to announce that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with a Notice Of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held at No.1 Marlborough Way, Sandyford, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent ST6 5NZ on Thursday 15 May 2014 at 12 noon.
