Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00pm on Thursday 23 June 2011 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·; Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 January 2011 ("Annual Report")

·; Notice of Annual General Meeting

·; Proxy Form

A copy of these documents, together with the terms of the proposed long term incentive plan in respect of the Company's Executive Chairman, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from 24 May 2011.
