In the additional information provided with the Preliminary Announcement of theresults for the year ended 28 February 2005, the Directors of Murray VCT 4 PLCadvised that the date of the Annual General Meeting would be Thursday 7 July2005. The Directors now advise of an amendment to the date of the Annual GeneralMeeting which, as confirmed in the Notice of Meeting issued on 3 June 2005 inthe Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2005,will be held on Wednesday 6 July 2005.
