S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Dragos Dorcioman  as interim Director until the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, in compliance with the provisions of Article 1372 paragraph 1 of the Company Law no.31/1990 and the provisions of Article 17 paragraph 9(1) of the Articles of Incorporation.

Mr. Dragos Dorcioman's mandate as interim Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. will be effective starting from February 2, 2015.
