Pacific Alliance China Land Limited (AIM: PACL) announces that as at close of business on 31st December 2010, its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share was US$1.7534. The NAV increase is predominantly due to the revaluation, by independent valuers, of its investments in Project Auspice and Diplomat.

The valuation of the investments are reviewed and approved by the valuation committee by making reference to the most recent quarterly independent valuation reports.
