Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that the Board of Directors yesterday received notice from Mr. Amir Harel of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and V.P. Finance of the Company. Mr. Harel will be leaving Amiad at the end of January 2015 to assume a position at another company. Amiad has commenced a search for his replacement and will issue a further announcement in due course.
