(the "Company")
Loan Facility, Issue of New Warrants and Cancellation of Existing Warrants
The Company announces that it has entered in to loan facility agreements with four investors ("the Lenders") for a total sum of £30,000.
The Company is entitled to drawdown under the facility in separate tranches up to the total sum and such amount drawn down shall bear no interest and have no fixed date for repayment.
The Company has granted the Lenders a total of 260,000,000 warrants over new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 0.1p per share and which are valid for 5 years.
In addition, Gavin Preston and Zafar Karim, the directors of the Company, have cancelled the 250,000,000 warrants held by them personally.
