JSC VTB Bank increased its stake in TCB to 41.7%

Notification: JSC VTB Bank increased its stake in TCB to 41.7%

December 30, 2010, JSC VTB Bank announces that as a part of the phased acquisition of TransCreditBank, approved by VTB's Supervisory Board on October 4, 2010, it has acquired another 13.9116% of OJSC TransCreditBank ordinary shares. As a result of this transaction VTB's stake in OJSC TransCreditBank charter capital amounted to 41.7424%.
