Image Scan Holdings PLC12 November 2007 12 November 2007 IMAGE SCAN HOLDINGS PLC ("Image Scan" or "the Company") Issue of Shares/Total Voting Rights Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for thehomeland security and industrial inspection markets, today issued 750,000 newordinary shares at 8p per share. These shares will be admitted to trading onAIM on the 15th November 2007. For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p of the Company inissue as at the date of this notice is 55,698,120 with each share carrying theright to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 55,698,120.
