Aberdeen Grwth Opp VCT2 PLC01 March 2007 ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC 1 March 2007 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC ( "the Company") Offer for subscription of S Ordinary Shares ("the Offer") The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announcethat, pursuant to the Offer for Subscription which opened on 6 October 2006, theCompany has today issued and allotted 982,405 S Ordinary shares of 10 pence, andthat the number of S Ordinary share in issue is now 982,405. The remaining SOrdinary Shares will be issued and allotted following receipt of validapplications under the Offer. The Offer Price at which the shares were issuedand allotted was £1.00 per S Ordinary share.
