Quadnetics Group PLC27 January 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")27 January 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 27 January 2006 a further 10,140 New QuadneticsShares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted theoffer for Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 25January 2006. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
