Earthport PLC22 December 2005 Stock Exchange Announcement 22nd December 2005 earthport plc ("earthport" or the "Company") Placing of £1.28 million The Board of eathport announces that it has placed 3,872,000 Ordinary Shares of10p each ("Shares"), at prices ranging from 32p to 43p each for cash, raising£1,280,000. Application has been made for these Shares plus a further 503,471 Shares,previously announced, to be admitted to trading on AIM on Thursday 29thDecember. The new Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares inissue. Following this listing the total number of earthport Ordinary Shares of 10p eachin issue will be 25,129,174.
