Issue of shares
Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a global emissions reduction company, announces that it has today issued 3,329,755 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to various staff and senior management/directors as set out in the preliminary results released this morning.
Application has been made for the 3,329,755 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, such admission expected on Friday 26 February 2010.
