Avingtrans plc (the "Company") Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 6 July 2010, that Helium Special Situations Fund had acquired a further 335,000 ordinary shares of 5p each on 1 July 2010 and now holds in total 1,670,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
