Holdings in Company

ZOO has received notification that, as a consequence of the issue of shares following the Placing and Restructuring announced on 6 September 2011, that the below shareholders' interests in the Company have changed:

·; Williams de Broe Ltd is now interested in 5.4% of the Company's issued share capital (being 1,762,302 shares); and

·; Multi Packaging Solutions, Inc., is now interested in 6.6% of the Company's issued share capital (being 2,148,642 shares).

Additionally, following the transfer of 43,527 shares to the ZOO Share Incentive Plan, ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited ("ZEST") is now interested in 1.2% of the Company's issued share capital (being 381,105 shares), with ZEST being the beneficial owner of 38,149 of these shares and the balance being held in trust by ZEST on behalf of employees.

Words and expressions defined in the Company's circular to Shareholders dated 10 August 2011 have the same meaning in this announcement.
