R & H Trust, following a purchase of 5,950,00 shares on 12 February 2007, is nowinterested in a total of 10,580,680 ordinary shares representing approximately7.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. R Boyce & Associates, following a purchase of 20,114,725 shares on 12 February2007, is now interested in a total of 25,877,225 ordinary shares representingapproximately 17.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has 146,742,236 ordinary shares of par value 1p each currently inissue.
