Kryso Resources plc advises that it has been notified that following a disposal of 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 February 2010, Vertex Mining International (Cyprus) Ltd holds 7,640,909 ordinary shares in the Company (equal to approximately 4.85% of the Company's issued share capital).
