The Company was notified on 23rd June 2011 that, as at 22nd June 2011, North Atlantic Value LLP was interested in 1,850,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Redhall, representing approximately 6.25% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. North Atlantic Value LLP is the ultimate beneficiary whose shareholdings are held in Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC.
