Notification of interests in shares/holding of voting rights
On 19 August 2008 the Company was notified that Mr James Slater had acquired an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the placing of Ordinary Shares by the Company announced on 19 August 2008.
On 19 August 2008 the Company was notified that Artemis Management Services Limited (“AMSL”), a company in which Mr and Mrs James Slater are directors and have a controlling interest, has transferred 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr James Slater.
AMSL now has an interest in 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares and following the Placing has the right to exercise 2.98 % of the voting rights in the Company.
As a result Mr and Mrs James Slater now have an interest in 24,500,000 Ordinary Shares and following the Placing have the right to exercise 4.86% of the voting rights in the Company.
