Swallowfield PLC08 May 2006 Swallowfield plc announces that it was informed on the 4 May 2006 that the UnionDiscount Company of London Ltd purchased 750,000 ordinary shares in the Companyon 3 May 2006, and is now interested in 1,139,000 ordinary shares in theCompany, representing approximately 10.2 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital.
