CEPS PLC(THE "COMPANY") HOLDING IN COMPANY

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 10 April 2008 the Company received the following notification from Mr Mark Thistlethwayte:-

NOTIFICATION

On 9 April 2008 , Mr Mark Thistlethwayte acquired 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 35p per share on behalf of his three children(41,666 Rosie Thistlethwayte,41,666 Harry Thistlethwayte and 41,668 Lisabel Thistlethwayte).

Mr Thistlethwayte is a beneficiary of a trust that currently holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company(Praxis Trustees Limited on behalf of The Grasett Settlement). As a result of this purchase his combined beneficial interest in the Company is now 1,125,000 ordinary shares representing 13.53% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 8,314,231 ordinary shares of 5p each.
