Regency Mines PLC29 January 2008 REGENCY MINES PLC Holding in Company Dated: 29 January 2008 Regency Mines plc ("Regency" the "Company") the mining exploration and mineralinvestment company with interests in copper and nickel in Western Australia,Queensland, and Papua New Guinea, was notified on 29th January 2008 that BellMinLtd has sold 270,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company("Ordinary Shares") at 3p per Ordinary Share on 28th January 2008. Following this transaction BellMin Ltd is interested in 43,644,265 OrdinaryShares representing 22.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
