CSS Stellar PLC26 January 2006 CSS Stellar plc Holding in company 26 January 2006 CSS Stellar plc ("the Company") was informed on 26 January 2006 that FMRCorporation ("FMR") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and FidelityInternational Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries are, inaggregate, interested in a total of 1,344,652 ordinary shares of 50p each,representing 4.7% of the total voting shares in issue.
