High Court of Gujarat Adjournment
Resumption of Trading
Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat, India (Court), the Company announces that the matter has been adjourned until 11 October 2018.
While we are disappointed that the Court has not been able to expedite the vacation of the Order today, importantly, our confidence in the legal merit of the Event of Default remains unwavering. The Order, which was originally put in place on 9 August 2018 automatically expires after 5 November 2018, although it remains our belief that that the Order will be vacated well ahead of this time.
As a result of this announcement, trading in Oilex's shares on AIM will resume immediately.
